Gazpacho Andaluso
Il gazpacho andaluso è una zuppa fredda a base di salsa di pomodoro e verdure crude. A volte viene servito accompagnato da cubetti di ghiaccio. Si tratta di un piatto molto popolare e diffuso consumato prevalentemente nei mesi estivi per le proprietà reidratanti e rinfrescanti. La ricetta originale prevede l’utilizzo di peperoni verdi, cipolle e cetrioli tuttavia esistono numerose varianti, che prevedono l’impiego di ortaggi differenti e di svariate erbe aromatiche
