Himmel und Erde
L’Himmel und Erde (in Renania: Himmel un Ääd, in italiano “Il cielo e la terra”) è un piatto tradizionale tedesco molto popolare nelle regioni della Renania, Vestfalia e la Bassa Sassonia. Il piatto è costituito da sanguinaccio, cipolle fritte e purè di patate con salsa di mele. Il nome del piatto deriva dal nome di due degli ingredienti principali: le mele provenienti dagli alberi (il cielo) e le patate provenienti dalla terra.
